There is a case study that you can use as to apply the BPI tools and techniques as you work through the lessons, or you can use a process from your own workplace and explore how you might make effective improvements. Within Udemy, instructor help is only a direct message away, you don't have to do everything on your own. You can rewatch the lessons as often as you like, and though we recommend that you follow the course from beginning to end, if there's something you particularly want to learn about first, you can jump straight in. The video elements run for two hours but you can take as much time as you need with the activities.
